The Ticket Access Pass is for UK/EU presale ticket access only. For the North America tour, if you pre-order the album before 11.59pm PT on 13th March 2022 you will receive an email with your link to access presale tickets on DATE.

What is the Ticket Access Pass?

The Ticket Access Pass will give fans purchasing the new album access to pre-sale tickets before the general on sale.

If you don't want to purchase the album but you want early access to tickets you can sign up here .

This pass will give you access to ticket pre-sales for UK/EU headline shows in September 2022.

What about the North America Tour?

If you have signed up to our mailing list in North America before 11.59pm PT on 13th March 2022, you will be sent a link to your email to access presale tickets for the North America headline shows in October/November 2022.

How do I use my Ticket Access Pass?

After you have activated your account using the link in the welcome email you can return to the live page and sign in via the user icon in the menu bar.

When you are logged in tickets will be available for you to purchase. Please note if you are not logged in you will not be able to see tickets.

When will I be able to purchase Headline Tour tickets?

Pre-sale tickets will be available on Monday 14th March at 10am local from the Superorganism website. For fans in North America, you will be sent a link to access pre-sale tickets by 10am PT on Monday 14th March.

Does a Ticket Access Pass guarantee me a ticket?

A Ticket Access Pass only gives you access to purchase a ticket and sales will be made on a first come first served basis

What if I order from a different retailer or store, do I qualify for exclusive access to tickets?

No. To qualify for exclusive access, you must order from Superorganism's website https://www.wearesuperorganism.com

What is a pre-sale?

A limited number of tickets will go on-sale to fans before general on-sale.

Availability of tickets will be dependent on the number of customers, so please note pre-sale access does not guarantee you a ticket. However, it will give you a better chance of being able to buy one.
